John Terrey

General Manager

John TerreyJohn started in the video industry in 1980 and has not looked back since. He started working for a distributor in Phoenix, AZ and graduated to Leader Instruments as a Regional Sales Manager in 1983. In 1995, John joined Philips TV Test Equipment as US Sales Manager and in 1997 joined Videotek as the Director of New Business Development and then Director of Sales. In 2000, John re-joined Philips TV Test Equipment – now known as ProTelevision Technologies as Director of North American Sales. In 2001, this division was split and John went with the Studio Products Division which was sold to DK-Audio. John was the founding employee of DK-Audio America and served as Vice President. In 2005, QuStream called on John for his expertise and he served as an Area Sales Manager until early 2007 when he had the opportunity to be one of the founders of Norterra Technologies.

John’s knowledge of sales channels as well as video training from the BBC at BBC Wood Norton in the UK enables John to serve the customer’s needs and look at ways to make them more efficient and profitable.

 


Sam Kisseleff

Technical Support Manager

Sam KisseleffSam started in television broadcasting in 2000 as a field video engineer for ABC Sports covering remote sporting events. Sam is technical support manager for Norterra and in addition works as an independent engineer for NBC Sports, Fox Sports and CBS Sports. Sam’s engineering expertise has been seen in events such PGA Golf, Super Bowl, Baseball World Series, NASCAR, and the 2008 Olympics in Beijing. Sam has experience working with ccu’s, color correctors, video legalisers, audio monitoring, master control switchers, as well as camera test and evaluation equipment. With Sam’s expertise, he is also part of the new comprehensive products evaluation team. Sam’s focus in the television industry adds to Norterra and its drive to providing the best in technology today and what their needs are for the future.
